To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be in good condition

• You must contact us within 30 days

• You must provide your order number and email

How to request a refund: Email us at support@calmpawshaven.com or calmpawshaven2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.

   

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider. Processing times may vary.
